Here, a low-powered TV station is being sold by Tutt Media Group.
The station is WTMH-LD 21, which bears a construction permit to shift to digital Channel 26.
Tutt is selling the facility to HTM 26 LLC, and the agreed-to price is $30,000.
That’s a licensee led by Harley Medlin, who is based in Williamsport, Pa.
The seller is fronted by locally based Otis Tutt.
