In November 2019, Jeff Andrulonis-led Colonial Media + Entertainment agreed to the $90,000 sale of a Class A FM with a booster allowing it to better serve the small city of Bradford, Pa., within the Buffalo DMA.
Now, the company that bought this station is selling it. And, it is making a small profit.
Bob Lowe‘s Twilight Broadcasting has signed off on the sale of WXMT-FM 106.3 in Smethport, Pa., and its booster serving the community of Bradford.
The sale price is $95,000, and Ashley Middler’s XMT Entertainment LLC is the buyer.
A 10% deposit has been made by Middler; an additional $9,500 will be paid at closing. The remainder will be represented by a Promissory Note, with the $76,000 divisible by 48 monthly payments. The Note bears an APR of 5%.
No changes are expected in WXMT’s programming, which focuses on Classic Hits.
But, a note on the station website says to “pardon the dust” as WXMT transitions to new local management and ownership.
