On the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in central Pennsylvania sits the headquarters of a radio broadcasting company that owns and operates two AMs and three FMs serving such towns as Lewisburg, Milton, and Watsontown.

It’s an entity led by Roger Haddon Jr., and it has decided to part ways with a Class D AM with 1 tower located at its stations’ headquarters.

The buyer? It’s a prolific buyer and seller of FM translators who also has interest in a Phoenix AM, and through the licensee involved in this deal an AM in Salt Lake City.
