WA noncom expands just outside the reserved band

Spokane Public Radio generally works below the 92 portion of the FM dial, but it is inching over to the other side through a deal with Chris Devine’s College Creek Media. It is getting the CP for KXJO-FM St. Maries ID for $25K. The town is southeast of Spokane and over the border, near the base of the Idaho panhandle. The station will be a C3 on 92.1 MHz, just as close as you can get to the reserved band, with 25 kw @ 328’.
