Rep. Greg Walden (R-OR), a former radio group owner, tweeted last week that he had come down with the dreaded H1N1 virus and would be missing in action for a period of time. We’re happy report that a) he was back in action this week casting votes; and that b) no significant radio- or broadcast-related business was conducted in the House Committee of Energy and Commerce, where for many years he has had broadcasters’ backs.
