Dudley and Dorothy Waller will be adding a fourth FM and fifth radio station to their cluster in the Tyler-Longview Arbitron market, but they’ll have to build the station themselves.

The CP, which has yet to receive call letters, will be licensed to Bullard TX. It’s coming from JER Licenses LLC, headed by Jon E. Robinson.

The pricetag is a hefty $500K, with $40K going into an escrow account and the full amount due at closing. The Wallers, using company name Waller Media LLC, will also have to refund a 25% bidding credit to the FCC – Robinson was eligible, and they are not.

The CP is for a Class A on 94.3 MHz with 2.05 kw at 565’.

The Waller’s other stations in the market include KEBE-AM & KLJT-FM Jacksonville TX, KFRO-FM Gilmer TX and KDVE-FM Pittsburg TX.
