Week 17: Univision ranks #1 on Friday night w/ key demos

•     On Friday night, Univision was the #1 ranked broadcast network in primetime among Adults 18-34 (925,000) and Teens 12-17 (247,000); beating its closest competitor, ABC, by +43% and +19%, respectively.
 
•     The Top 3 broadcast programs on Friday night among Adults 18-34 were on Univision: #1 “Triunfo del Amor” (Triumph of Love), #2 “Eva Luna” and #3 “Rosa de Guadalupe” (The Rose of Guadalupe).
 
•     Once again, Univision was the #2 ranked broadcast network in primetime on three nights last week among Adults 18-34: Monday (1.2 million), Wednesday (1.1 million) and Thursday (1.2 million).
 
•       Last week Univision out-delivered ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX on 6 out of 7 nights among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens 12-17; and on 4 out of 7 nights among Total Viewers 2+.
 
•     For the week Univision had 4 of the Top 30 broadcast programs among Teens 12-17 and 3 of the Top 30 programs among Adults 18-34.
 
•     Thus far in the 2010-11 Season, Univision continues to be the broadcast network with the highest primetime increases versus the comparable period in the prior season among Adults 18-49 (+10%), Adults 18-34 (+9%) and Adults 25-54(+9%).
 
•     Univision finished the week as the #2 broadcast network, behind FOX, in overall primetime among Kids 2-11 (468,000).  Additionally, Univision ranked #5 among Total Viewers 2+ (3.3 million), Adults 18-49 (1.6 million), Adults 18-34 (903,000) and Teens 12-17 (192,000).
 
•     At 8pm, “Eva Luna” made Univision the #3 broadcast network among Adult 18-34 (1.1 million), Women 18-34 (595,000) and Teens 12-17 (221,000).
 
•     In its second week, “Triunfo del Amor” (Triumph of Love) helped Univision obtain the #2 rank in the 9pm hour among Adults 18-34 (1.3 million), Women 18-34 (736,000) and Teens 12-17 (294,000).
 
•     Last week, with its M-F/10pm checkerboard block, Univision was the #1 broadcast network in the hour among Adults 18-34 (906,000) and Teens 12-17 (200,000).
 
•     The third season premiere of “Mujeres Asesinas” (Killer Women) at 10pm on Thursday night attracted 3.4 million Total Viewers 2+, 2.0 million Adults 18-49 and 1.2 million Adults 18-34.  At 10pm, the show’s premiere was the #1 broadcast network show on Thursday night among Adults 18-34 and ranked #3 among Adults 18-49.
