In the current 2010/11 Season, TeleFutura Continues to Produce More Nightly Wins over Telemundo versus the Same Period in the 2009/10 Season Among Key Demographics.


TeleFutura Highlights – NPM Broadcast Prime Week of 02/28/11:

Last week, TeleFutura attracted nearly 800,000 Total Viewers 2+ (777,000), 443,000 Adults 18-49 and 253,000 Adults 18-34 during broadcast prime.

TeleFutura continues to generate more nightly wins over Telemundo during Broadcast Prime (M-Sat 8p-11p, Su 7p-11p) in the current 2010/11 Season versus the same period in the 2009/10 Season among Adults 18-49 (61 nights vs. 48 nights) and Adults 18-34 (61 nights vs. 55 nights).

During weekend broadcast prime, TeleFutura averaged more Total Viewers 2+ (TF 853,000 vs. TEL 819,000; +4% Adv.) and Adults 18-34 (TF 341,000 vs. TEL 306,000; +11% Adv.) than Telemundo.

On Saturday night (March 5, 2011) from 8pm-11pm, TeleFutura’s primetime programming that consisted of back-to-back soccer games “Fútbol Liga Mexicana: Santos vs. America” and “Fútbol Liga Mexicana: Atlante vs. Unam” out-delivered Telemundo’s programming which included “Fútbol Estelar II: Chivas vs. Tigres” and “Persiguendo Injusticas” among Total Viewers 2+ (TF 682,000 vs. TEL 450,000; +52% Adv.), Adults 18-49 (TF 432,000 vs. TEL 306,000; +41% Adv.). And Adults 18-34 (TF 276,000 vs. TEL 167,000; +65% Adv.).

On Sunday night (March 6, 2011), TeleFutura’s “Cine de las Estrellas” 8:30p-11p movie “Speed” out-performed Telemundo’s “Cine Millonario:  Live Free or Die Hard” among Total Viewers 2+ (TF 1.1 million vs. TEL 970,000; +15% Adv.) , Adults 18-49 (TF 684,000 vs. TEL 632,000; +8% Adv.) and Adults 18-34 (TF 458,000 vs. TEL 385,000; +19% Adv.)
