The last full week of the 2009-2010 television season saw “American Idol” on Fox and the finale of ABC’s “Lost” dominate the ratings in the key 18-49 demo, while cable/satellite networks put only two programs in the top 50 – both NBA Playoff games, on TNT and ESPN. In all, cable/satellite nets put 10 shows in the top 100.
