Week 42: TeleFutura averaged more Adults 18-34 than CW Network

In the Current 2009/10 Season, TeleFutura’s Broadcast Prime has Increased  +37% among Total Viewers 2+ While Telemundo Registers a -9% Decline.


TeleFutura Highlights – NPM Broadcast Prime Week of 07/05/10.

Thus far in the 2009/2010 Season, TeleFutura is generating strong year-over-year audience growth during broadcast prime while Telemundo is reporting audience declines among Total Viewers 2+ (TF: +37% vs. TEL: -9%), Adults 18-49 (TF: +37% vs. TEL: -6%) and Adults 18-34 (TF: +41% vs. TEL: -2%) compared to the same period in the 2008/2009 Season.
 
For the fifth consecutive week, TeleFutura averaged more Adults 18-34 (TF 303,000 vs. CW 281,000; +8% TF Adv.) than the CW Network during broadcast prime.

TeleFutura continues to produce more nightly wins over Telemundo in the current 2009/2010 Season during broadcast prime versus the same period in the 2008/2009 Season among Adults 18-49 (69 nights vs. 37 nights) and Adults 18-34 (82 nights vs. 36 nights).

TeleFutura’s 10pm novela “Las Muñecas de la Mafia” (Mafia Dolls), nearing its finale on Monday July 12th, averaged 1.3 million Total Viewers 2+, 878,000 Adults 18-49 and 626,000 Adults 18-34 last week.  Additionally, “Las Muñecas de la Mafia” averaged more Adults 18-34 (TF 626,000 vs. TEL 574,000; +9% TF Adv.) than Telemundo’s “Donde Esta Elisa” in the hour.
