With WELE-AM Ormond Beach, FL (Daytona) owner Doug Wilhite already facing criminal charges of sex with a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a child, showing obscene material to a minor, lewd or lascivious conduct and lewd or lascivious exhibition, he’s now being sued as well.

According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, the parents of two teenage girls are suing Wilhite, claiming that their daughters were shown pornography and encouraged to have sex with a teenage boy in Wilhite’s home while he watched. The radio station owner’s wife is also named in the suit for not controlling the behavior of the teenage boy.

Doug Wilhite is awaiting trial on the criminal charges, which could carry sentences of more than 60 years in prison. He was, however, released on his own recognizance after the judge set aside a $1.6 million bail.
