WFAN’s Mike Francesa will be taking a road trip next week and broadcasting live from spring training in Florida giving NY baseball fans their first long look at both the Mets and Yankees. The schedule is as follows:
Monday & Tuesday – Port St. Lucie (Mets coverage)
Wednesday – Tampa (Yankees coverage)
Thursday – Clearwater (Yankees/Phillies)
Friday – Tampa (Yankees coverage)
WFAN will also broadcast 10 Mets spring training games including all Saturday and Sunday games. Our play by play coverage begins Saturday and Sunday, March 6th and March 7th when the Mets play the Washington Nationals at 1PM.
Howie Rose, Wayne Hagin and Ed Coleman will bring listeners all the action.
