Videos of exclusive live sessions from Fordham University’s WFUV-FM NYC “The Alternate Side’s Studio A” are now available for free download on iTunes.  Alternate Side hosts Rich McLaughlin, Jeff Kuprycz, Alisa Ali and Demos regularly welcome the most notable independent and unsigned artists to Studio A for rare performance sessions.  Now, highlights of those sessions can be downloaded and seen on-demand for free by anyone with access to the iTunes Music Store.  New video podcasts will become available on iTunes every Monday, with this week’s clip being Of Montreal’s cover of The Beatles’  “I’m So Tired.”  Other in-studio performances already on iTunes include Phoenix, Frightened Rabbit and Jenny Owen Youngs.

A companion to WFUV’s highly acclaimed flagship programming, The Alternate Side provides New York City’s burgeoning indie music scene with a full-time local radio outlet and connects artists and music lovers in the city and across the globe.  Available at www.TheAlternateSide.org and on HD Radio at 90.7 FM HD-3 in the New York City, The Alternate Side is supported in part by The New York State Music Fund, established by the New York State Attorney General at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors.
