But, that was hardly the case earlier this week, as iHeartMedia‘s plan confirmation hearing designed to begin the process of emergence from debtor-in-possession status was pushed back.
Despite assurances from iHeart that all was on track and that the plan had overwhelming support, key noteholders want more time to iron out their differences.
