In April, RBR+TVBR first reported on the purchase of a NBC affiliate serving Zanesville, Ohio, by Brian and Patricia Lane’s Marquee Broadcasting in a transaction that saw Greg Guy of Patrick Communications serve as the seller’s exclusive broker.
With that deal’s approval still to come, the FCC has issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture to the station’s seller for failing to properly upload its issues/programs lists to the FCC’s OPIF online platform.
