Why is Moonves Bullish on Ad Market?

That’s according to CBS Corporation CEO Les Moonves.

He says he hasn’t seen advertising “this strong in many, many years,” noting that sales in the third and fourth quarters of 2015 and the current quarter are “unbelievably” strong.
