Sebastian Inlet is known by locals as a favorite surfing point, one of the few locals in Southeast Florida that feature significant waves. It’s also the home of an unbuilt low-power TV station, and it will now be the task of Windsong Communications to build it.

That’s because Windsong has just agreed to purchase the future LPTV property.

According to an asset purchase agreement filed with the FCC on Tuesday for regulatory approval, Windsong is paying $50,000 for the unbuilt construction permit for W15E0-D in Sebastian, Fla.

The seller is DTV America I, the entity led by John Kyle II. DTV is holding a $10,000 deposit ahead of closing.

Windsong is best known as a company offering businesses the opportunity to lease a  broadcast television channel.

Until now, Houston and Beaumont, Tex., and Lake Charles, La., have been the DMAs of focus for Windsong.

Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker for the seller.
