Moving from Bonneville’s WFED-AM 1050 (Federal News Radio), CBS Radio’s WJFK-FM 106.7 The Fan will get the broadcasts as the official flagship beginning in March and for the 2011 season. The Fan has signed on to air Nationals spring training match-ups as well as regular-season and postseason games. Charlie Slowes and Dave Jageler will stay on as the team’s radio voices.

As part of the agreement, The Fan will broadcast daily reports from spring training, pre- and post-game shows and hourly Nationals programs twice a week throughout the season. The station will also operate a studio set behind Section 106 at Nationals Park for pre-game and post-game coverage, and special live broadcasts of its local sports talk shows.
