Rhode Island talker Yorke, who holds down the noon to 3 p.m. slot at Cumulus’ WPRO-AM, is launching a new daily TV show. myRITV, a station that’s a division of Fox Providence, announced Thursday that “Dan Yorke State of Mind,” in which “Dan Yorke tackles the issues affecting everyday Rhode Islanders,” will debut 9/9 at 7:30 p.m., reports The Providence Journal. The show will run from 7:30 to 8 Mondays through Fridays, repeating at 11:30 p.m. Yorke has broadcast on WPRO since 1999, when he replaced Carolyn Fox, and before that in Springfield, MA.
