Young Broadcasting, which had already been warned of a potential delisting by Nasdaq because its stock price was below a buck. Now it has also received a notice that it has not regained compliance with the $15 million minimum value for listed shares. Young said it intends to request a hearing before a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel to present its plan to come into compliance with all listing requirements.
