LOS ANGELES — Skip Miller, a partner in L.A.-based law firm Miller Barondess, has a big legal fight ahead of him. He’s been hired by Byron Allen to take on Nielsen, which the African American media mogul claims has been engaged in fraudulent misrepresentation and fraud by concealment.
Allen’s companies are seeking billions of dollars in damages from Nielsen, which is reportedly in the midst of buyout talks involving shareholder Elliott Management.
